What I dislike about this practice is that you have already earned all your
nights in the Palace Tower due to your prior play. It not only tastes bad but
it smells bad too.
Re writing a letter to the VP, on another board, a poster (Chief?) made a
perceptive comment that this would only confirm that their strategy to remove
advantage players is working. May as well name all the VP games you want kept so
they will know which ones to downgrade next.

Subject: NYNY: Disappointment...Vp of Slot Operations ?
...I have now booked my four nights for Caesars since they at
this point have the best mega-resort VP on the Strip and I have
played there in the past. The host I spoke to told me that she would
put in for the Palace Tower but no guarantees.( I had a promo for a
few nights but they wouldn't honor it because they are filled for my
last night). She told me that nevertheless she could still comp me
up front for that fourth and final night adding.." of course we
expect your play to be at the same rate as you usually play." Of
course it will! Although she was polite it still left a bad taste in
my mouth. There is a difference in more than games between casinos !
Anyway that's where I stand..still haven't cancelled NYNY although
I will.BTW yes I know NYNY still has a lot of single line Jacks, but
if all I wanted was s.l. I could've gone to A.C.
Does anyone know the name(or e mail) of the VP of slot operations
at NYNY. I'd like to give him( or her) some hell !>>>
