Don't understand this last line. The part on the left is sometimes a bit
better than a redraw, sometimes a bit worse, depending on WHICH two penalties. You
seem to be saying that the RF2, K-hi is better than a deuce, but since this
is in the "0 DEUCES" category, there can't be a deuce in the hand anyway. If
there WERE a deuce in the hand, obviously you'd hold the wild RF3.

3 STFL, OPEN, 567s-9TJs, 0 PEN > 1 PAIR
3 STFL, OPEN, 567s-9TJs, 1 PEN > 1 PAIR
3 STFL, OPEN, 567s-9TJs, 2 PEN < 1 PAIR

This last line is incorrect. the SF3 is ALWAYS better than a pair, no matter
how many straight penalties. If there is a flush penalty, you of course just
hold the flush4.

Sorry, this is a case of pasting gone wild. The line should read " 2 ROYAL
K HI w 2 PEN IS PLAYABLE". IN this game I don't believe that the holding
decision depends on which two discards. As an example, A KQ suited with a
flush penalty of your choice and an Ace St. pen, you would still play the
two card royal. You will find, however, that if you choose the "right" two
straight penalties, you will wind up with a St 4 inside draw, which is
another hand entirely, and ranked above the two card royal draw and whoul be
played first, i.e. KQh Jd Ac 5h.

All three of the lines in this section regarding the 3STFL were
informational only showing a hand rank order difference from FPDW to NSUD.
You cannot have a 3 card st fl draw with 2 pens and a pair in the same hand.

If there is a flush penalty, you of course just
hold the flush4.

Absolutely correct. I hope none of this caused anyone any confusion, even
though mudding the water is one of my specialties, I was not trying to
practice it here.
