NSUD vs Deuces Wild (dealt 2 pair question)

I have a question on a dealt 2 pair.
In NSUD the play is to Keep Both Pairs but for Deuces Wild it is to
throw 1 pair away. These games are so simliar I wonder why this
difference in play. If you keep both pair. Doesn't this limit the
only pay hand that can be made to a Full House? But if you throw away
1 pair you get a chance to catch many different pay hands.

Just Curious...

The Full House pays more in NSUD than it does in Deuces Wild.

To find the difference you need to look at the pay table. If your playing
NSUD, you get paid 20 for either 4 OAK or full house. If you playing the
progessive at the palms (for example) you are paid 25 for 4oak and 15 for
full house. Thats why you pick a pair and go with it.

Hope that helps. (Anyone, if I'm wrong let me know)
