The one-Deuce four card straight is "super open ended" because of the Deuce.
There are not eight, but SIXTEEN other cards plus the other 3 Deuces which
complete the straight.
No such thing exists for flush draws. There are "only" twelve cards which
complete the flush, nine suited nonwilds plus the three other Deuces.
EV of W 567 through W TJQ is exactly 5.0000 coins. The three nonwild cards
must all be unsuited with each other). Value of the "average" Deuce alone in
these hands is 4.9925 coins. The straight is not always the best play if you
take into account penalty cards.
EV of W 3h 6h 9h discarding Jc is 4.79 coins, value of the W alone is 5.04
(in this case). Not really close at all.
