Nice job on the paytables page. I see lots of new entries, like the Five Aces variations.
I wasn't suggesting that you remove "APDW" at this point. Besides, we already went through an entire debating and voting process. Even though some of us may not have agreed with it, the name stuck and has been subsequently used to identify that particular paytable version. I would keep it in addition to 15/11 NSU.
I would also suggest separating (by inserting a blank line) 1-2-2-3-4 "Colorado Deuces" and it's downgraded variants from the 1-2-2-3-5 FPDW variants. Not a big deal though.
