Ameristar KC has NSUD quarters in 3 and 5 play (so the bet is $3.75
or $6.25 per hand). On Sundays and Thursdays in January, they have
3x points, making the cashback .75% (so ER is 100.47%)
I played with special triple point coupons before (they were only
mailed to me once every few months) and lost a large sum of money
because 4 deuces didn't occur as often as they should have and only 1
royal was hit. But I got over $800 in cashback because of the triple
points, which helped cut the loss quite a bit.
My question is -- what type of bankroll do I need to play the game?
Which would have the lower variance, 3 play or 5 play? I had wild
swings in winnings/losses last time and am wondering if anyone has
played these before. There were times when I lost $1000 in only 90
minutes only to win it back ... is this fluctuation normal, or was it
unusual? Missouri's $500 loss limit every 2 hours doesn't help,
though you can bring in your own cash-out tickets (which I save) that
don't subtract from your 2-hour limit.
Am I better playing this game, or the $1 AA at Harrah's with .07%
cashback given a limited bankroll?
If you could email me replies I would appreciate it. Thank you
Tyson
