Another reply has given you have the 5 coin pay table you requested,
now for your other question...
It is just convention to 'value' a machine for a particular game by
its single coin paytable.
Older machines [which can still be found] had a printed pay table
label for one coin.
Clearly you have to play 5 coins [on most machines/games] to qualify
for the jackpot bonus - like 1000 coins for a royal flush in JoB.
The 9/6 on a JoB machine refers to Jacks or Better paying 9 coins for
a full house and 6 for a flush, based one 1 coin played - these hands
being the two values casinos jigger to change the expected return -
such as 8/6, 7/6, 8/5 and the big ouch 7/5 - casinos you know who you
are.
Thus a quick scan of the pay table for a single coin tells you if you
have a 'good' machine to play - all being relative since some
games 'pay' over 100%. [full pay deuces wilds or full pay double
bonus for example]
The Strat has been known to have 10/7, 10/6 and 9/7 JoB for special
promotions - but those days seem to be gone.

it is much easier to remember than 45/30. So, when you
hear others say 8/5 or 10/7 or 7/5, just simply
multiply the numbers by 5 (or by 10 if the maximum is
10 coins) to find out what you'll get if playing with

Also if the last person played 2, 3 or 4 coins it's lots easier to divide by
2, 3 or 4 to come up with 6/9 rather than multiply by 2.5, 1.6666666, or
1.25 to get 30/45.
