In VPSM I find the following Advanced Strategy advice
for no Deuce holds;
2.9325 3 STFL, Open, 567s-9TJs, 0 Pen
2.7937 3 STFL, Open, 567s-9TJs, 1 Pen
2.7419 One Pair
2.7197 3 STFL, Open, 567s-9TJs, 2 Pen
What would be an example of a 2 Penalty hand which would include a pair?
I can't seem to make one using the Winpoker "Details" screen.

You're right, there are no hands that contain the 567s with a pair and two
other penalty cards. A two penalty example is 5d-6d-7d with the 4c and 9h.
These 4 lines of strategy can therefore be reduced to only two:
3 STFL, Open, 567s-9TJs
One Pair

Not necessarily....
JhJstd6d6d 0 pen
JhJd7h6h5h 1 flush pen
9h7d7s6s5s 1 straight pen and losing the 7d is also a bit of a penalty,
even
though it does not interfere with straights or flushes.

I have not taken the time to feed these into winpoker to see which
ones (if any) are below the pair). I have always just played a perfect
SF over a pair, but then maybe I should look into this.
