I noted the following in the VP database for the Flamingo;
"All Las Vegas Park Place Connection Card members can get 50% off
show tickets, 25% off all restaurants and room rates, 15% off all
shopping outlets, and special VIP valet parking."
Can anyone confirm for me if this is still true? Is it limited to
first time sign ups or any other limitations? I'm a bit of a show
fiend and could really leverage the discount tickets.

That applies to the LV Hilton only and it's called Hometown Hotspots.
It's for locals only. It does not apply to other PPE properties.
