CORRECT. Other than his title, this has nothing to do with VP. And
yes, the Clinton administration was even less concerned with
privacy. People should refuse to give up any privacy, especially the
new chip that gets inserted into people arms!

The title explicitly said "XVP". There has never been any proposal
under any prior executive that even comes close to what is being proposed
here. The claim that "Clinton was worse" is on its face both laughable
and irrelevant.

     However, if one is of the opinion that the federal government is
entitled to track your gambling habits (an activity that has strangely
been said by various government figures to abet terrorism) and everything
else, the efforts by this felon, this Poindexter (convicted of several
deceits in the course of performing official government duties...hmmm)
then I can appreciate how happy this scheme would make them. And how
little Americans appreciate their freedom.
