In non deuce games it is easy to identify the game by using the ratio of the full house to the flush, for example: 10-7 db, 9-7 db, 9-6 job, etc.
It seems with the nsu deuces wild the two main variables are the 5 kind and the st. flush. So when discussing different video poker games using 15-11 deuces is easier than trying to remember various made up words.
Then again maybe I just hate being on the losing side.

I don't think you should take it too seriously. Like Bornloser pointed out, it's not set in stone and it's fun. If there is any real standard (other than what the manufacturer calls them), it's almost always set by usage.
