Mailers are sent to Vegas locals. If you don't have a Vegas address you
won't get anything unless you are a fairly heavy player. If you do have a
Vegas address and haven't been getting mailers, ask at the desk next time you
are there and make sure they have your correct address. If you only play
FP games, you might not qualify for a mailer, so ask if that is the problem
if they do have the correct address. They consider NSU as FP and not
qualified for special promotions, but strangely if you play 9/6 JB, those
machines do qualify.
What annoys me is that if I play the much worse game of 9/6 DDB on a
machine that also has NSU, the machine itself "does not qualify", so I get no
points towards gifts, for example. But if I played on the better payout of
9/6 JB, I would qualify. They need to realize that NSU is paying under
100%, and that DDB play should qualify for promos.
