Non-Smoking , How'd it end up ???

Without opening the whole smoking/non-smoking debate, does anyone know
how the final decision ended up . Are they going to be 75% non & 25%
smoking or totally smoke-free or remain the same ?? And when does the
decision take effect . I believe Harrahs casinos in AC is going 75/25
with the smoking areas totally enclosed ceiling to floor with
ventilation. How did Las Vegas end up ?? Could not find an answer in
the files or messages. If there is one can you direct me to it .

  In Las Vegas, a much less restrictive smoking ban that doesn't apply to casinos has resulted in all restaurants becoming non-smoking whether in a casino or not. Local bars that serve food can either choose to go the non-smoking route or have a wall built between the food/non-smoking area and non-food/smoking area. Some of the more well-known ones appear to be leaning towards the first option. Others, the second.

When we stayed in Laughlin at Harrah's last week, we went to bed and when we got up they had taken out slot machines and put a wall floor to ceiling around the bar.
