It doesn't do much good for people in Vegas, but Trump Plaza's East Tower casino is supposedly smoke free. (Some smokers feel free to light up in there anyway, and give me attitude when I ask them to put it out.) They have one 9/6 JB and one 8/5 Bonus in quarters, and a bunch of nickel Game Makers with hi-lo royal.
Harrah's in Laughlin has a non-smoking casino, and I'm told a few full-pay games are in there. I'm going in two weeks, so I can give a report.
I hope they ban it alltogether soon. Not only for the non-smoking customers, who are forced to breathe second-hand cancer if they want to gamble, but for the workers who are forced to inhale the crap 40 hours a week in order to earn a living.
Blessings and royals to all.

I remember Gold Coast had an area last year.

don't recall any from my most recent trip, but some of the Indian
casinos down here near San Diego are building their casinos with
glass wall enclosed non-smoking areas. The areas seem very very
popular.
