I am from California, believe me everyone adapted. In fact you might as well
leave your cigarettes at the State line, as I would guess only 10% smoke, and
they stand behind buildings in dirty parking lots to do so.
However, if you were really asking about recreational drugs in that "what are
you smoking??", we have plenty of other than tobacco smoked here--but again
it is not in public or even private buildings other than rock concerts.
