"a little like I've been taken for a ride, that there is in fact no
way I'm ever going to be able to achieve even parity (nor less a
small profit) with the casino unless I'm:
a) A VP author who is able to work hosts/comps to the bone so s/he
can write about how great Casino X is;
b) Someone who has "moles" in casino marketing so as to find out the
exact mechanisms and hidden plays made up just for them; "
I agree with your post and have often felt the same things
it is an excellent concise statement of what a lot of those who
are beyond basic study and not a professional feel. I
would Like to add some of my personal observations
to hopefully smooth it out.
1. To fight the feeling that this group, your years of study are all
a scam: Search on the net for groups that deal with what
you know is a legitimate enterprise you'll will find them
a lot more full of spam and scam and a lot less giving
of "how to do information" then this group.
2. You've put in your time, your your own expert. What does
it mean to you?
3.If the Emperor is not wearing clothes all the inside
information in the world is not going to get him
dressed.
I really appreciate any information that is posted on this group
and would like more open lines of communication and less
critism but if your feeling overwhelmed by the contradictions
use your common sense as an informed consumer.
"I deal with super secret information that
my fellow employee's will be fired for even hinting at
..I have never had to lie so much on a job in my life..
What's my line? I am part of a get customer's
Welcome Wagon."No the wheels fell of your wagon
a long time ago and you are in a nonmoving
buearatic box which I find fascinating but
should not count on to be reliably
profitable.
Hang in there Best wishes Dave
