Suncoast had $2 10/7 DB since they opened in September of 2000, until they
were removed during December of last year. You might be thinking of Orleans,
which added $2 10/7 early in 2002.
As for the quarter FPDWs, it seems to me that a casino should prefer to have
lots of happy customers and a small hold on these machines, rather than lots
of EX-customers and a larger hold on the NSUDs, but with MUCH less action.
I'm guessing that total profit will be lower, and customer satisfaction much
lower as well! Not to mention what others have, less word-of-mouth
recommendation, less play by former Deuces players and their friends/family
on "bad" games, less money spent by same in the casino, hotel, and
restaurants, less tips, and so on.
