McCarren airport is now officially smoke-free inside the terminal building.
The small smoking areas have been closed.
Watch out for larger than usual crowds in and out of McCarren (Las Vegas)
before and after New Years and also during the week of Jan. 6-13 for the
Consumer Electronic Show. During last year's CES, lengthy lines were reported at
security, especially last couple days of show. Busy days probably will be
Jan. 11-15 leaving the airport. Leave extra time for security if you are
departing Vegas during those days or on Jan. 1 or 2.
