My MS host never returned a call except once when I left a message questioning what her purpose was and telling her that I felt that it was a waste of time calling a host since she never returned a call. She suggested e-mail. She now responds to almost every requst usually in 24 -48 hrs.

The changes in VP and the comp rate at MS earlier this year prompted me to
start going to AC after an absence of several years. A host that I use to
deal at an AC casino with immediately tracked me down once she realized I
was playing there again and has been very responsive to questions - either
by email or phone. The hosts at MS don't need to be as aggressive.the place
will be packed on weekends regardless of their policies. Because of the
crowds they depend on their mailers and general offers. Specialized service
is reserved for the best consumers. That's all they need to for now.
Competitive is a wonderful thing.
