This is bad news. Got an email that read:
"Don't forget to build up your credits before the end of the year. Our itroductory rollover rewards program will no longer be offered after Dec. 31, 2012. "
First off, I didn't know they ever referred to it as "introductory" before. Second, I wish they would have given more than 3.5 days notice to "build up your credits". I would have played a lot more during the Holiday bonus gift days Dec8-22 had I known this. sigh.

Stations has tier levels based on coin-in. President requires 100k and is good for 6 months ending Dec31 and Jun30, and extended 6 more months. For example if you earn 100k in Nov, you will be president thru Dec31, and extended to Jun30. You then start Jan1 with a zero balance, and if you earn 100k in Jan, you will then be president till Dec31.
But if you earned 110k in Nov, you would start Jan1 with 10k in tier credits (after they subtract 100k to maintain your pres. level) as 10k would "rollover". So then you only need to earn 90k from Jan-Jun to become presidents again. Now they are no longer letting these 10k or whatever amount over 100k you earned to be carried over to the next earning period.

As usual, there is confusion on this issue. A boothling explained it one way, and a host another. I am now of the belief, that there will be one last rollover available for Jan 1, 2013.
So if you have 110k now, you are president as it take 100k. then they will be president Jan1-Jun30, and have 10k in rollover for the next earning period. thus you only need 90k by Jun 30 to remain pres. But if you have 120k on Jun 30, you will have 0 on July 1, 2013 due to no more rollers.

I am President's level and did not get ANY notice. There is a small blurb about it on mystation.com website. I never got an email, but I am not a local player. I hope you are right and thanks for the added info!
