I have been playing at the Palms and also other Station casinos and getting two mailers - one for Palms only and one for all the other Stations.
As of October I'm only getting one combined mailer with the free play, promotions and food offers good at all Stations including the Palms. The only difference that I can see is that the Palms is having pull tabs on Wednesdays instead of a senior day.
I've heard that play at the Fiestas will still get a separate Fiesta mailer for now.
I can confirm Fiesta gets a separate mailer as of the current monthly cycle.

My Oct mail was only good at Stations, not Palms. Fiesta and Wildfire still have their own systems and if you don’t play there you won’t get anything from them. It’s a win-win for all concerned in that Stations is creating incentive to play at all of their groups if you want offers from all of their groups. If Palms quits sending a separate mailer I will likely never set foot in there as I live way out in Henderson. This way they get my $500K per year coin-in at Stations and the same $500K coin-in at Palms as well (they double my play).
