Clark County recently notified several Laughlin casinos (Harrah's,
River Palms, Ramada Express, etc.) that they were in violation of an
ordinance that bans RV dry-camping. As a result, RVs have been
evicted from most (all?) Laughlin casino parking lots unless you are a
registered hotel guest. Many RV'ers have moved to AVI (12 miles south) where the tribal casino
(not subject to anyone else's rules) quickly opened additional
dry-camping lots.Riverside casino has the only RV park in Laughlin; otherwise, plan to
stay at AVI or at one of the RV parks across the river in Bullhead
City, AZ.Bottom line: don't plan on dry-camping in Laughlin.
I've heard the same ordinance is now being enforced in Mesquite (also
in Clark County) too.

Thanks Tom.
So what is dry camping? Is that what 4 dozen folks do everyday during the
summer in my local Walmart? The ones with the $300,000 rigs along with the
little pop ups?
The signs have been posted for a couple of years in the Laughlin parking
lots.
So you condone "dry humping" the casinos? Use their ice and bathrooms? No
wonder I can't an icecube unless it is between 4-7am at the Pioneer.
About time!
