Last month my Borgata mailers stopped. I called late June and spoke to someone in marketing. He agreed I should have gotten mail offers and he offered me the cash equivalent of what I missed in a lump sum. However three of the free play gave you a chance to win up to 1000 dollars. I was not given that opportunity. To date I have no mailers for July. The suit that got me the lump sum said he would find out why I got nothing in June but I never heard from him.
Any suggestions how I can get this thing resolved. I have been there over 100 times this year playing mostly .25 jacks with an occasional 1.00?
