Wife just got $300 shopping offer from Caesars probably as a result of
big reduction in play with the NSUD downgrades. But the problem with
the Forum Shops offer is its not just the Forum Shops but "SELECTED"
shops.
I think you have to discount the Forum Shopping Spree offer by two
thirds. Once the offer included the Brookstones at Caesars. That made
it relatively attractive. Another time it was a VISA card and they said
for use only in the Forum Shops. But someone posted on Motherboard:
"A Visa Card is a Visa Card is a Visa Card." That's true.
