You have to be at least Gold on NCL 's Casino at Seas program, and you must be Gold BEFORE you begin the cruise. If you become Gold during the cruise you do not get any of those benefits (including 3% waiver) until your NEXT cruise. It doesn’t matter what level you are with Caesar’s.
