The NNPC (No Negative Personal Comments) Rule has been
revised and renamed. It's now the PC (Politeness and Civility)
Rule. The rule remains basically unchanged and has just been
reworded for clarity purposes.
Old rule:
"9. Negative personal comments or personal attacks, as perceived by the
Administrator and regardless of circumstances, aren't tolerated on
vpFREE. When making a negative post or responding to a negative post
be objective, factual, polite and impersonal. You can assert, deny,
disagree, correct, explain etc., but don't belittle, make sarcastic
comments or do any name-calling. Always address the message, not the
messenger. Use FREEvpFREE for any negative personal comment
posts."
New rule:
"9. Always address the message rather than the messenger (no personal
attacks) when making or responding to a negative post. In addition, be
polite, civil, objective, factual and impersonal. You can assert, deny,
disagree, correct, explain etc., but don't put-down, belittle, make
sarcastic comments, insult or do any name-calling about the message or
the messenger."
