You usually get hammered when you drop down to nickel denoms; two
big exceptions are the two Fiestas, particularly Fiesta Rancho which
features FPDW and FPDB in .05 denominations. Fiesta Henderson has a
surprising amount of .05 FPDW.
I'm not aware of any nickel Bonus Deuces that are fullpay. You might
check Spinpoker pay schedules to try to find this game.

In general Casino Monte Lago @ Lake Las Vegas has the best VP for
the nickel player, including Bonus Deuces Wild. You can find BDW in
nickels at many other places, but have others have probably posted,
paytables will be weak.
The Orleans had plenty of 9/7/5 Double Bonus in nickels. But in a
strange anomaly, the nickel Double Double Bonus there is only 6/5.
