Niagara Update

Went to Casino Niagara and the new Seneca Casino in Niagara Falls
this past weekend.

Casino Niagara had quarter 7/5 JOB and 9/6 Double Bonus. They also
have Colorado Deuces Wild with a payout of 96.8 percent. Some of
their machine feature a wierd 25 coins max bet feature which is very
annoying especially if you hit it accidently because you can't reduce
your bet (or at least I couldn't figure out how to reduce my bet).
Sorry I didn't get a chance to check the pick-em pay tables.

Seneca Casino has quarter 8/5 JOB and 9/6 Double Bonus. They also
have $5 9/6 JOB woopeeee! The new Seneca Casino is nice and features
a non smoking section.

P.S. I saw the stupidest thing at Seneca Casino. I saw a guy playing
$10 slots without a club card. The guy had a cup full of $10 coins
he was throwing into the slot machine. Maybe this is common
elsewhere but it sure is stupid. The guy could have been racking up
free meals for months if he used his club card.

Thanks for the report.

I've added both casinos to the DataBase.

I haven't been to Casino Niagara in about a year but they used to have 9/7 db and Illinois Deuces in the Niagara bar, and they had fp Pick-em in locations upstairs and downstairs.

Yes, this is fairly common, at least where I live. I've seen plenty
of people playing high denon. slots with no card. I've seen people
pound away at full coin on 50 and 100 play VP machines at $12.50 or
$25 per spin with no card in the machine. I agree - it's stupid.

This is much more common at the low roller level, with people who
take maybe 5 or 6 casino trips a year. (I'm talking day trips to the
local casinos in the area - not week-long vacations to LV.) A lot of
these types never get a players card - from anywhere. Maybe they're
afraid that it costs money to join??? Mention the words "cash back"
to them, and they don't know what in the world you're talking about.
Even with their limited play, they would still get the occasional
free buffet or $5 bounce back coupons.

I also think that some people just can not be bothered remembering
the card, especially if they only go a few times. I have a friend of
mine that always "loses" his players card after the first machine or
so. His fiance' always remembers hers. Go figure. -Russ

Yes they did but those machines have been downgraded.
