Niagara Falls Casino's

Hey Y'all;

We are taking a trip to Niagara Falls (canadian side) next week
and was wondering what the Casino Picture was up there. We were
there a little over a year ago and hit the Casino Niagara, but that
was before I started to learn anything about Video Poker. And now
they have the new casino open, Fallsview Resort I think it's called.

Anyhow, where should I concentrate my gambling? I'm primarily
a .25 VP player JOB or DB. Wife likes the nickel slots. Which place
has the better plays, and which would likely offer some off season
room comps for the least amount of action.

We are staying at the Hilton...anybody ever stayed there?? So
Fallsview and Niagara are both going to be within easy walking
distance. Is the shuttle still running? Does it serve both casino's?
How are the buffets at each, we like buffets.

Are either comping drinks while you are playing?? I was a little
peeved last year when I was playing blackjack and ordered a
drink...when I lady came back I tipped her a $1.50 for it...and she
said I had to pay for the drink. I'm used to AC where drinks are free
if you are playing.

Thanks in advance for any insights....

9/6 JOB is availiable, but you have to be willing to bet at least $5
a hand. Most of the double bonus is 9/7.

Soda pop is complimentary, however Ontario liquor laws do not allow
free alcohol. On the bright side, there aren't as many drunks in
Ontario casinos as there are in most American casinos.

Is there 9/7DB at the quarter level?

Casino Niagara used to have it at $.25 and $1. They removed in in
fall 2003.

I visited the new Fallsview on opening day. They had nothing even close.
