Newbie questions about Stations properties

Hi all, I’ve been playing at some of the Stations properties and have some questions. I live close to a few and I like some of the promos going on now (free gifts on some days, scratch tickets with some points, etc.) My goal is to get mailers/calendars/coupons/whatever and reach a higher tier status. I feel that President will be pretty easy, but Chairman will be very hard without some help.

First off, my girlfriend likes to go and play sometime too. One reason she should play on her own card is to get offers as well, but is it possible to have two copies of my card and thus she’s earning status points for me as well? My only concern with doing this is that we may get no-mailed (if I’m using that term right). We both play NSUD deuces wild.

In general I wouldn’t mind stopping in at non-Stations casinos if there is a good promo going on like free gifts or something, but my two primary goals are to reach the highest status possible at Stations and get offers from as many casinos as possible. I was told that there are 3 separate groups of mailings from Stations properties: the Stations, the Wildfires, and the Fiesta properties, so spreading play around these might be worth it. Additionally if I can start getting good offers at other places by playing $100 a week or something, I’d gladly do that.

One last question, will we be hurt in terms of mailings if we use coupons from things like Sunday magazine or the ACG?

If you look at a group of thoed holding Chairman cards, pretty sure everyone in the family uses the same card.

I know it’s probably less of a flag if I go to the casino and use my card then later my girlfriend goes and uses my card, but I’m talking more about things like if I have two cards (say I get a duplicate by telling them I’ve lost mine) and then I put both cards in different machines at the same time and play on them. Will that raise flags? Will I get no-mailed for this?

You just have to ask for a another card when you go in, and ask for 2. The people at the desk dont care.

I've noticed a strange quirk in the points at Stations. On both my
wife's card and mine recently, the starting points has sometimes been
25,000 points lower than it should have been, but then it has returned
these points after we played, as if it were borrowing them. We've had
no problem playing on each other's cards, including hitting jackpots.

Yeah but have you been playing on the same card at the same time? I know that Palms explicitly disallows this. However I’ve seen some machines at some Stations properties say “Machines may be limited to one per person during peak hours” which implies that they are OK with someone playing two machines at the same time. I don’t know if this would be more likely to get me no-mailed or not though.

I’m not even sure what normally comes in a mailer though. I assume a calendar of promotions (which I can get by going to the rewards center at any casino) as well as things like the scratch cards for this month so you can scratch without having to play (not a big deal – I can get 300 points in no time to get the scratch card).

If I am going to get no-mailed for getting to chairman by only playing NSUD, might as well get there faster while having my girlfriend play on a duplicate card at the same time, no?
