Website now says 11X unlimited points at Alliante and all properties except downtown. The downtown properties still have Mystery multiplier with 100k promotional point cap.

New Young at Heart Multipliers
So the pronouncement of the demise of Boyd VP was premature 
It occurred to me they might adjust the multipliers. 11x is equivalent to 5.5x of the old system.
