Chen's issue was that he was playing on a fake passport. This is the
issue that the Nevada Supremes had to decide and they went, 3-2 as
always, being the political hacks state supreme court justices are, in
favor of Chen.

Machine players have little to worry about. Since comps are not
considered earned until actually redeemed, because they are
discretionary to the casino, unless there's more to it, they can
decline to cash them-at least in NV. It may be different in NJ.
