My husband received a locals promotion from Wynn via email. Strangely I
didn't get an email (I played a lot more than my husand). Offer was 2X points
for red card members Feb. 13-15 and double FreeCredit points. It mentioned
offer sent only to person who receives email, so if you are a local who did
not get it, I don't know if you would be eligible. Questions should be
