While checking out the Bankroll Links, I took a look at "Long Term Index: NO". I think it would make sense to have a link from that page (I mean from within the "Long Term Index: NO" page) to the NO Table for various games and cashback that is on the vpFree Files page: "Values of 'NO' for Various Games".
The link could be near the top, at the bottom, or after the few examples that are given on the "Long Term Index: NO" page.
