New Website Idea: Show top mailers for all Reno Casinos?

A few years ago I contributed to something like this. Result a lot of contributions very little feedback. I want to believe that it started with good intentions but the moderator was overwhelmed by sorting through the updates & deciding what was significant. You'll face other problems too:

-- What was play level generating offers?
-- At some places it's important what they played?
-- You'll be looking for some logical link between play & offers & there won't be any.
-- When u give feedback to contributors, will they trash it?

Agree with Bob, keep your own counsel & put in the legwork.

I don't think they want to compete for "our" business.

I agree with Tabbycat. Bad idea.

I hate to see this idea fall by the wayside, but I have a little different angle to pursue (which could be good for everyone). It may have been done or maybe there is a resource for this information already, but I am simply unaware of it.
About once a week, we get Scot Kraus' Las Vegas Promotion or the American Casino Guide Vegas Values Report. Most of the information is not of value to me (at least at the moment!), but I do enjoy reading about the multiple point days, free play, slot club deals, tournaments and other promotions at the various casinos. Is this something that would be of value in Reno area? Or, does the number of casinos limit the value of a project like this? Can the information be found somewhere? Having only been here about a year now, I kind of have my "home-base" casino, but don't know much about other casinos.
Any input would be of interest. . .
Thanks,Peter.

Like you, I don't find much value in those reports either.

The trouble with multi-points days -- and similar promos -- these days is this: if you play one of these hard in Reno on the good VP, you will soon find yourself no-mailed, even if you lose. Playing mostly or only on such days is an excellent way to get the welcome mat withdrawn.
