"new video poker zone" at Harrahs Joliet

Anyone else get a mailing? I got free admission and will get
reimbursed for $100 of losses. Sounds like marketing bs, but who
knows, maybe Harrahs is changing their tune and trying to be
competitive in vp. I'm not holding my breath though. If anyone has
thoroughly scouted this "new video poker zone" please post a report.
Thanks.

They've been running commercials advertising the reimbursement promotion,
but I thought it was for new card sign ups only.

As I recall I saw such wonderful games as deuces that pays 100 for
wild royals, some were part of progressives, so if the .25
progressive ever gets up to $3,000 these might be playable. If they
reimburse losses...I guess that makes everything playable!

the best game i could find at $1 or less was NSUD on the triple/five play machines at $1.
then went to check out the hight limit area. saw that the $5 machines had jacks or better at 8/5 and left.

I was just talking about the added games in the new vp area. I
believe the high limit has not changed, and still has several good
games at the multiplay $1 level, I believe thay have a 99.8% super
aces game. They have the 50 play where you could play a single hand.
