I've been playing this game online. It is very interesting and the next hand multiplier is clearly stated in the paytable and it varies for each type of game selected. You shouldn't need to play slowly to observe to which hands it will be applied. The multiplier number shows up immediately as the next hands are being dealt. If we are talking of the same game, the multiplier for the next hand is determined by the outcome of the present hand.
