New Version of Double Bonus

Upon my last visit I saw a new paytable (1,1,3,4,6,12,
(50,80,160),50,800) for Double Bonus in New Sigma games at the
Colorado Belle.

Winpoker analysis comes up with 99.76% (30.58). Just looking at the
paytable, it seems this should play like Jacks or better.

Anyone else see this new version of single game?

Should we start reporting this version for the VP database?

The paytable's a new one on me, but you're on target with your
impression of strategy. Use of standard 9/6 JB strategy yields an ER
of 99.71%.

I imagine two or three modest strategy revisions would get you the
bulk of the .05% balance if you were motivated.

Motivation for three minutes. On second consideration this paytable
should be played like Bonus Deluxe, which is a slight modification to
Jacks.

The inside straights, keep with 0,2 or 3 high cards.

Thanks Harry. These are brand new machines, so we might see this
paytable some more.

That's a good move ... you pick up .03% in one stroke (falling just
.02% short of optimal EV). I could handle that if the paytable ever
shows it's face in AC.

Yes, thanks Harry! If I didn't pick up that .03 I would never be a long

run winner! <g>

Gee, Scot, don't you clip coupons? That additional rule is easier
than that :). Never said it was critical, but why pass it up?

Touchy today, Harry? I even used my <g>!
