I was playing at Barona Casino today with my players card inserted in the machine. When I cashed out, the TITO voucher that printed had my name printed on it beside the casino name. Barona doesn’t have redemption machines so all tickets have to be cashed at a cage or by a change person. I was not asked for ID or players card when I cashed my small voucher.

It sounds like the casino is simply printing out something it already monitors to produce win/loss statements.
(Of course some casinos use this same data to calculate comps).
