New Seven Stars Signature Experience instead of the $500 Gift Cards

“$500 Nevada Destination Folio Credit
Treat yourself on your next visit to one of our fabulous Nevada destinations with a $500 folio credit. Dine at any of our celebrity chef restaurants or relax at the spa.
Folio credit good for food, beverage and spa at any of our Nevada Total Rewards locations in Lake Tahoe, Reno, Laughlin and Las Vegas. Limit one redemption per Seven Stars member.”

My questions and observations and assumptions (right or wrong):

1. I can do this just once before March 31, 2015. Only in Nevada.

2. It is probably like the folio on my Seven Star annual trip except it can be used for food, beverage, AND spa. (In some casinos you can’t use the annual trip folio money at the spa.) You have to use the whole $500 during that one stay. You have to charge food, beverage, and/or spa to your room and then they take off the charges (not including the tips) up to $500.

3. Looks like you could use this one-credit offering below with the above:

     $500 Travel Credit
      Make your next vacation as stress-free as possible. Enjoy a $500 travel credit along with your Seven Stars Signature Experience trip.

      Must be combined with another Seven Stars Signature Experience trip menu option.

Makes sense to me, but who knows regarding #3? I would check with Total Rewards first.

I reached the 200,000 level a month ago and was pleased to hear about the $500 card from a friend. I went online at Total Rewards to read about the card versus the travel credit. I decided on the card and called my host to find out how to get my $500 card. She said she had to order it.
  
She just sent me an email to say no card even though I earned the card and requested the card while it was listed on the TR website as one of the 7 star benefits. Nice way to treat your customers!
