I have been RFB suite at Caesars for years. Got a Harrahs type mailing for
Caesars for January and February. 3 nights in the Augustus Tower and $100
food. Let's see. I am going from .22% cashback to .009% if they change it the
Harrahs pathetic bounceback. No RFB. If they follow their other
properties, they will trash the VP at Caesars. No incentive to continue playing there.
Fortunately there are lots of other good options.

"shopping spree" weekends in Jan. I hope so, since I've been getting $1000
at
each of these.

I did receive a shopping spree offer (same amount as pre-Harrahs) for
Caesars for Valentine Day.

I get a suite every time I go to Harrahs Laughlin and they never take any rewards credits off me, also Same thIng at RIO and Harrahs LV ,as far as i can tell they never take out comp points on any offer, its spelled out what the offer consists of and anything else they do take out reward credits
