Yes, It is my understanding that among the three you get one main casino, but you will get offers for more than one casino, usually during slower times. However I am not sure if you can use consecutive offers say at Mian Street, then California.

When you get a Boyd card for Downtown, you tell the boothling which
casino you want offers from. We like MSS the best despite the train
and freeway noise (we bring earplugs); they were remodeled a year ago.
We set up our card to get our offers from there. I haven't received
offers from the others.
Fremont rooms are nice enough, but they're small like a standard Motel
6 room. They'd be our second choice. Never have stayed at the Cal, but
have heard the rooms haven't been updated lately. We play at all three
casinos.

I get mail from MSS but have only stayed at the Cal in the west tower
in December 06. Slot host Robin Cordova is very accomodating and nice
to work with. Rooms were much better than I expected with new
carpeting, nice comforters on the beds, and newer furniture. I'd stay
there again.
