Hi all,
I'm hoping to get some advice from you. I've lurked and posted once or
twice on this forum for a couple of years now, so I understand much o
what is posted about VP, including the pay tables, downgrading of a
lot of the inventory, etc. Here's my story...and I'm sticking to it!
My wife and I visit our local casino in OR a couple of times a week,
but we <gasp> usually play the slots. When all is said and done, with
the exception of a good win every now and then, we drop a couple
thousand dollars of hard cash each month. It may not be much, but
money lost is still money lost. After dropping $750 this morning in a
VERY short time at the slots, I told my wife we are going to start
playing VP.
I've been playing WinPoker almost daily for the last 3 years, and am
quite skilled at Double Double Bonus and Deuces Wild, and can learn
other games pretty quickly.
The casino I go to has 1 or 2 9/6 JOB, but other machines are slightly
worse than optimal, but better than a lot of what is out there now
days. The good part is that the slot club gives equal points for VP as
it does for slots. Comps and cash back can be good.
My question is, what game, other than JOB would you suggest playing?
DDB seems to be quite volatile. DW is ok, but not my favorite. Of
course I realize that pay tables are the ultimate reason to play a
game, so let's just say all tables are good <just for the sake of
answering my question>.
What games would you play? I will start out with .25 games if that
would make a difference in your answer.
Thanks in advance. I know the knowledge is great in this forum.
