I like the idea of playing 3 machines. Unfortunately since my last stroke, I haven't been able to. Playing 2 is enough for me. I gave up both my machines to two guys who wanted to play and they put in $10 each and bet one coin. I agree with gas price, and cut requires something extra, atleast a show worth seeing and of course a room. Have a great day, and royals to all. Has anyone been to Foxwoods lately? Ciao Don

I was at Moh. Sun today (Saturday); all the $1.00
Pick'em's in the old poker room were operating in the
same place as before as were the 25 cent Pick'em
machines on the right side of the room.
They have moved out a lot of machines to the left of
the dollar Pick'em machines (looking into the room
from the main hallway) and have moved in many machines
from the now-closed Earth hi-limit room.
There are now many $25 and $100 slots as well as some
$10 VP mostly with crappy pay tables. They also
brought in some of the newer upright $2 (30 Coin)
Pick'ems with the crappy paytables and put them at the
back of the room (on the left side).
When I got there they had the entire left side of the
room including the $1.00 Pick'em's roped off (but
accessible) and it is now being presented as the
temporary Hi-Limit area. There was also an employee
posted at the front of the left side of the room
apparently attempting to keep the riff-raff out. But
they let me in ;).
I walked up to the guy and asked him if I needed to
know the "secret password" to get into the new "hi
limit area". He just laughed. Of all the $10+
machines, only one person was actually playing a $25
slot and only for a short period.
I guess I am now an official hi-roller playing $1.00
Pick'em at 5 coin. Didn't used to be, but apparently I
am now. Funny when I was a mere low roller, the comp
rate was twice as good.
With the increased cost of gasoline to get there and
the 50% reduction in the comp rate, I'm souring on the
whole experience.
One other first (for me) today was spotted in the Sky
casino on the row of upright $1.00 Pick'em machines
there. I saw a woman playing THREE $1 Pick'em machines
at once.
She looked like she was doing gymnastics/aerobics ;).
