New non-smoking area at AZ Charlie's (Decatur)...

Arizona Charlies (Decatur) is on the radio today with ads that announce the opening of a self-contained, non-smoking area "with your favorite games..."

Haven't seen it yet, and don't know if there's any decent video poker, but it's nice to see a casino make an effort to meet the needs of those of us with conditions such as COPD and asthma who cannot tolerate the smoke.

Perhaps more casinos will now follow suit, and realize that only 20 percent of people still smoke, but 100 percent of the people around them suffer the many ill effects!

I am a non-smoker too and agree with you. However I think the
percentage of smokers AMONG GAMBLERS may be higher than 20%.

I think this is a great idea too even though I am not very sensitive to smoke.
