I just received a brochure describing the new MLife program starting October 1. It looks like earned pointplay remains the same, but earned Express Comps have been reduced from .2% to .1%.
They seemed proud of the changes by offering comparisons showing how MLife is better than programs offered by other casinos.
I guess only a cynical person would see this as a downgrade.
In my experience, the ratio of slot club changes that benefit the player / slot club changes that benefit the casino runs about 1/100. But in "casino-speak", they are always "new and exciting upgrades".
