One of the things she complains of is long lines, especially for food
service. A couple of thoughts, in this area.
At buffets, during busy times, assign a sequence number at time of
paying, and advise customer of approximate time at which seat will be
available. Post a display of currently-being-seated number over at
least buffet entrance, and possibly elsewhere.
Customers could then go gamble, or whatever, until expected seating
time. Upon returning to buffet area, wait to be actually seated
should be relatively short.
At limited-menu restaurants (coffee shops), allow customers to choose
order while still waiting in line, and turn this in at time of being
originally seated. Delay, between being seated and actually giving
order to server, is rarely less than 5--and often more like 10--
minutes. Such a change would not only get individual parties "in and
out" somewhat sooner, but also reduce wait to be seated. (Procedure
could be "optional"; customers who preferred to be seated first and
THEN make choices would still be permitted to do so).

Disney handles lines with signage describing the approximate waiting
time and vouchers for immediate seating during a specific time
frame. Something similar at popular buffets might help reduce line
time.
