This problem seems to surface a lot. A midwestern casino I frequent
had a 2x promotion and gave the impression in their promotional
literature that the 2x points would be credited upon completion of
play. That was not the case. On my first inquiry I was told that the
points would be manually credited within 24 hours. That didn't happen
neither. I then spoke with a supervisor who indicated they were having
some glitches in administering the promotion, but assured me the
points would be credited that day before I left (which they were).
After this discussion things seemed to go smoothly for the remainder
of the promotional period.
