New in Vegas on T.V.
Orleans has a few of them (nickel-dime-quarter, as I recall).
Multistrikes on one side, Super TImes pay on the other.
Uprights on a row near entrance to the hotel rooms area.
I tried it for 'fun' on an ugly deuces paytable (20-12-10), and it
went ok. The BONUS multiplier is fairly random.
Sometimes it came out within a few hands, and then never appeared in
over 30 hands. A downside to this feature is that if you don't have
a good starting hand with the bonus feature, the bonus is virtually
worthless (since it only multiplies winning hands).
My best was dealt 4K and gaining the 5K on 2/3 lines with 6x pay.
Other thoughts:
I tried some 5-play, but paying that extra coin/line diminishes your
starting credits fairly quickly if you aren't winning in the 'bonus
mode'. Even in triple play it's 18/line. At least a FH/4K every so
often for 20 covered your starting bet. 30/play however is riskier.
And 10 play would cost 60 coins/play.
