New Host Policy at the Hilton?

I have been a C3 at LVH for a couple of years. The first offer I
received a couple of years ago was for the free three nights and $200,
and I was glad to take them up. I like Pick 'Em (which I hope is not
getting axed at LVH as some reports have said). The offers have been
coming one a month, and I visit three or four times a year. I have
never contacted a host during this time. My average coin in is 25 -
30K per day (dollar PP).

Out of the blue, I received a hand addressed envelope with a host's
card and a list of events from April through July. The note mentioned
that I could call him for assistance in booking an event. My guess is
that this is 1) the new management cutting down on monthly mailings by
sending one letter, 2) a new casino host trying to develop a list, 3)
they have confused me with Donald Trump.

Has anyone else received a card and letter like this lately? And no, I
don't look like the Donald - I am going bald!!

I got the same thing in October from a new host and again in
December when another host came on board.
I actually got a phone call two weeks ago from a host - left on my
machine - saying I hadn't been there recently. Call me if I wanted
to come out.
I went from a C2 down to a C3 after September so I'm not very happy
since they reclassified the automatic C3 comp for the Japanese
resturant to a C2. I'm still getting the $200 monthly cash back. I
did cash one recently (did stay there) and played about 20K on $
pick'em in one day so I'll see what happens.
